DSBILLS by Teradata (Virtual Account BCA & OCBC NISP)
Digital Student Billing Solutions application (DSBILLS) by Teradata is the only method CBCS will use to communicate monthly tuition bills or school fees and deadlines (extracurricular, re-enrollment, registration, etc). All late payments will be automatically charged 2,500 rp per day. This application prevents any miscommunication about late payments or overdue charges as it shows real-time transaction information.
The DSBILLS App is not a way to make payments but is instead of how parents access each child’s virtual account numbers connected to their enrolled student and real-time account status. All bills should be paid directly into your child’s virtual account by a transfer of funds from any bank account or platform of your choice (ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, etc.).
To accommodate a variety of payment preferences, we are excited to announce that now tuition payments can be made in one of two ways:
- Manual monthly payments are made by transferring funds to your child’s CBCS BCA or OCBC NISP Virtual Account. This method is for parents who wish to manually transfer funds during each billing cycle. https://cahayabangsa.org/index.php/cbcs-family-menu/payment/manual

- Recurring Monthly Payments set up through the OCBC NISP Virtual Account using One Mobile or Internet Banking. This periodic recurring payment system replaces the former auto-debit system, so parents can pay tuition without having to manually process the transfer every month. Please ensure sufficient funds are in the account on the scheduled debit date when choosing this payment system.
