Parent - Teacher Conference (PTC) 2nd Mid Semester
Homeroom teachers will distribute report cards on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Please note that, although the report cards will be distributed by the homeroom teachers, homeroom teachers do not know the child's progress outside of their subjects. Parents are advised to meet with subject teachers to learn more about the progress of their children. All parents are required to meet with the subject teachers if their child has a grade below 70.
Parents Meeting
On the PTC day on Saturday, March 16, 2019, we are going to have a Parents Meeting for 10th grade to 12th grade about field trips and the Summer Program at 08.00 - 10.00 AM in the US Music room.
SOR Leadership Training - Feb 27th
Leadership capability is one of the important capitals that must be held. Therefore, we will conduct leadership training for all SOR students from 10th-12th grade on Wednesday, February 27, 2019. The training will be held during regular school hours. It means on that day we will not hold teaching and learning activities, but our absence policy will remain in place.We acknowledge that to change one’s behaviors can’t be done in one day, yet we have great expectations for this training that they may remember the concept and start to figure how to implement the idea in their daily life.
NS Study Tour to PT. East West Seed Indonesia - Feb 28th
Study Tour is one of activities that can provide students (in this case, 11 and 12 NS) with experiences outside their everyday activities. The Science Department has arranged a one day trip to PT. East West Seed Indonesia (EWINDO) in Purwakarta on Feb 28th. The students will depart from Cahaya Bangsa Classical School at 7.45 and plan to come back to Cahaya Bangsa at 14.30. PT. EWINDO has a good research and development activity increating the new variant of crops and also produce the seed with standardized technology which is very related to the topic studied at Biology, Chemistry, and Physics classes. We hope this activity can equip our students to understand more about what they have learned up to the point that they may one day contribute for this nation.
12th Grade Second UN Try Out
The 12th grade students will have their second UN Try Out on Monday, February 18th - Friday, February 22nd,2019. Please support and pray for them.
