Online Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC)
The Digital Report Card for semester 1 will be sent through email on Wednesday, Dec 16, 2020. The end-of-semester 1 PTC will be conducted on:
- Thursday, Dec 17, 2020, from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Friday, Dec 18, 2020, from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
For this PTC, we are not opening a sign-up procedure for Upper School parents to meet with the homeroom teachers. If you would like to meet the Homeroom Teacher, please contact the homeroom teacher through email to make an appointment. The contact information will be given during the week of PTC.
However, all parents are expected to meet with the subject teachers if their child has a grade below 70. The subject teachers will email the parent to make an appointment, therefore please respond to the invitation to confirm the meeting.

Report Card Digital untuk semester 1 akan dikirimkan melalui email pada hari Rabu, 16 Desember 2020. PTC akhir semester 1 PTC akan berlangsung pada:
- Kamis, 17 Dec 2020, pukul 08:00 - 15:00
- Jumat, 18 Dec 2020, pukul 08:00 - 12:00
Untuk PTC kali ini, prosedur sign-up PTC untuk orang tua bertemu dengan guru homeroom ditiadakan. Tetapi kami tetap mendorong orang tua agar bertemu dengan guru homeroom untuk mendiskusikan hal-hal umum lainnya mengenai anak Anda. Jika Anda ingin melakukan hal tersebut, silahkan menghubungi guru melalui email untuk membuat janji pertemuan. Informasi kontak akan diberikan selama PTC.
Orang tua diminta untuk bertemu dengan guru pelajaran apabila anaknya mendapat nilai kurang dari 70. Guru mata pelajaran akan menghubungi orang tua untuk membuat janji pertemuan. Mohon agar orang tua merespon undangan tersebut.
