Textbooks and Learning Aids Return Schedule
With the end of the 2021-2022 school year, we’d like inform all parents to prepare Textbooks and Learning Aids (Manipulatives and iPads) which were loaned to students to be returned to school, with the following conditions:

May 9 - 13, 2022 |
Checking books assigned to Grammar School students which that are no longer used in semester 2 (already in class) |
Homeroom teacher will inform parents if there are still student’s books which have not been submitted |

May 17 - 20, 2022 |
Follow up on the incomplete Grammar School student’s book |
Inventory will inform the amount of the fine that must be paid if there’s any lost/severely damaged items |

May 23, 2022 |
Distribution of JotForm “Textbooks & Learning Aids Returning Form” link to parents (including price list if there’s any lost/severely damaged items) |
EC - SOR parents are asked to prepare books, manipulatives and iPads that must be returned to school according to the specified schedule |

May 26, 2022 |
Deadline to complete and submit the “Textbooks & Learning Aids Returning Form” |
For those who failed to submit the JotForm, you will be listed to pay an applicable fine as the system will count your items as LOST |

May 27, 2022 |
Return of iPad and Grade 12 books |
If it is not complete, you are required to pay a fine of lost items immediately |
|
May 30 - 31, 2022 |
Textbook & Learning Aids return day specifically for EC and Grammar students who do not have siblings at Upper School |
If it is not complete, you are required to pay a fine of lost items immediately |
|
June 2 - 3, 2022 |
The last day of returning Textbook & Learning Aids for all EC students up to SOR 11 including iPad for Grade 10 & 11. |
If it is not complete, you are required to pay a fine of lost items immediately |
Note :
- We encourage parents to cooperate and be able to return any loaned items on time and according to schedule. We hope that any items can be returned in a good condition (not heavily damaged/not suitable for use), so that parents do not need to pay any fines.
- If the obligation to return Textbooks and Learning Aids has not been fulfilled, we apologize that we will not be able to give you any books for the 2022-2023 school year to the related student.

Pengembalian Textbooks dan Learning Aids
Dengan akan berakhirnya tahun ajaran 2021-2022, maka kami menginformasikan kepada seluruh orangtua untuk dapat mempersiapkan Textbook dan Learning Aids (Manipulative dan iPad) yang dipinjamkan kepada murid untuk dikembalikan ke sekolah, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

Pengecekan buku-buku khusus Murid Grammar yang sudah tidak digunakan di semester 2 (sudah ada di kelas) |
Guru kelas akan menginformasikan kepada orangtua apabila masih ada buku anak yang belum dikumpulkan |

17 - 20 Mei 2022 |
Follow up buku Murid Grammar yang belum lengkap |
Inventory akan menginformasikan jumlah denda yang harus dibayar bila hilang/rusak berat |

23 Mei 2022 |
Pengiriman jotform “Textbooks & Learning Aids Returning Form” kepada orang tua (termasuk daftar harga bila barang tersebut hilang) |
Orangtua EC - SOR diminta menyiapkan buku, manipulative dan ipad yang harus dikembalikan ke sekolah sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan |

26 Mei 2022 |
Hari Terakhir pengisian “Textbooks & Learning Aids Returning Form” |
Yang tidak mengisi jotform, sistem akan otomatis mencatatnya sebagai barang yang hilang (dikenakan denda) |

27 Mei 2022 |
Pengembalian IPAD dan buku kelas 12 |
Bila tidak lengkap, diwajibkan langsung membayar denda kehilangan. |

30 - 31 Mei 2022 |
Hari pengembalian Textbook & Learning Aids khusus untuk murid EC dan Grammar yang tidak memiliki saudara kandung di Upper School |
Bila tidak lengkap, diwajibkan langsung membayar denda kehilangan. |

2 - 3 Juni 2022 |
Hari pengembalian Textbook & Learning Aids terakhir bagi seluruh murid EC s.d SOR 11 termasuk IPAD kelas 10 & 11. |
Bila tidak lengkap, diwajibkan langsung membayar denda kehilangan. |
Note :
- Kami sangat mengharapkan kerjasama orangtua untuk dapat mengembalikan tepat waktu dan sesuai jadwal., harapan kami dapat dikembalikan secara lengkap (tidak rusak berat/tidak layak pakai), sehingga orangtua tidak perlu membayar denda.
- Kami meminta maaf, apabila kewajiban pengembalian Textbook dan Learning Aids belum dipenuhi, maka buku untuk tahun ajaran 2022-2023 belum dapat kami berikan kepada murid tersebut.
