Parent - Teacher Conference (PTC) 2nd Mid Semester

Since we will have a Parents Meeting on Saturday, March 16th, 2019 in the morning, the distribution of report cards this time will look slightly different.When the parents meeting is done (at 09:00 AM for 12th grade and 10:00AM for 10th - 11th grade), the report cards will be distributed on the spot directly by the homeroom teachers.Parents can meet with the teachers of the failing subjects afterwards until 12.15pm.Please note that, although the report cards will be distributed by the homeroom teachers, they do not know the child’s progress outside of their taught subjects. Parents are advised to meet with subject teachers to learn more about the progress of their children. All parents are required to meet with the subject teachers if their child hasa grade below 70.

Parents Meeting

On the PTC day, Saturday, March 16, 2019, we will have a Parents & Students Meeting for 10th - 12th grades :

• 12th grade parents & students will meet from 08:00 - 09:00 AM in USLAB 1 to discuss the Overnight FieldTrip.
• 10th - 11th grade parents & students will meet from 08:00 - 10:00 AM in Upper Music Room to discuss the Summer Program and the Overnight Field Trip.

12th Grade Final Exam & UNBK Simulation

The 12th grade students will have their UNBK Simulation on Monday, March 11 - Tuesday, March 12, 2019, and Final Exams on Monday, March 18 - Friday, March 22, 2019. Please support and pray for them.

Final Exams

The SOR students will have Final Exams from December 5 - 10, 2018. The schedule will be given later.
